Executive Women's Council Social: Post-Dobbs: What it means for Minnesota employers

On June 24, 2022, the United States Supreme Court issued a decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, which overturned Roe v. Wade and held that access to abortion is not a right protected by the United States Constitution. Consequently, that decision remains with each state. As employers in Minnesota, it is critical to understand current and potential implications of these decisions and their impact on our workforce.
