MN Skills-Based Hiring Accelerator Workshop: September
The MN Skills-Based Hiring Practices Accelerator is a program done in partnership with Goodwill Easter-Seals, St. Paul Area Chamber, and Urban League Twin Cities. Our half day workshop is a nationally recognized delivery model and is a SHRM certified activity (CEU codes are sent to participants in the post-event email).
The workshop is the hallmark of our Accelerator Program and follows the full lifecycle of an employee: job descriptions, interviewing, orientation, onboarding, professional development / upskilling and finally offboarding.
Participants are able to walk away with a clear understanding of what skills and competencies are versus credentials and certifications and where there are opportunities to make these changes at their company.
Our curriculum additionally includes system-change coaching which assists participants at all levels of a company the ability to walk away from the workshop with best practices in hand to take back to their leadership with a case for skills-based practices grounded in data.
