Event Description:
Transportation Workshop Series

Just a few years ago Lyft, Nice Ride, Uber, and Bird existed only in our dreams. Today they’re everywhere, and these new shared mobility options are changing the way businesses do business. This workshop addresses how Minneapolis employers can incorporate new shared modes into employee policies and benefits along with transit. We’ll review the rules of the road, how shared mobility operates, and how employers can integrate these options into business travel solutions using special rates and apps. There will be time to discuss how shared mobility is impacting participants’ business processes and to share ideas.

Upcoming Transportation Workshop Series events:
Communicating Your Transportation Benefits to New Hires

In the first half of this workshop, we’ll look at some of the best practices in communicating transportation options to new employees. In the second half participants will have the opportunity to share some of their materials and practices including what is working well and what challenges they are experiencing. Participants will have the opportunity to leave materials for Move Minneapolis to review and provide recommendations post event.
